Family reunion and rain...

So today was the Degraw Family Reunion. And was it ever cold!! It was pouring rain in Payson today, all day. Usually they last for a long time, it ended very quickly today. It was really good to catch up with that side of my family though!! They are so awesome!! By the time I had everything packed in our car and my sisters car my pants were soaked clear up to my knees and my jacket was soaked clear through!! Before you say why didn't you have an umbrella...I did but running back and forth carrying my nephews and my food and my dog makes it so you get really wet!!! Everyone loved the salad and brownies that I made.....that is because I made them and I am AWESOME ;) jk. As soon as my husband and I got home I changed into my pajama's and hung my pants up to dry....they are still wet. the rest of the night has just been really quiet and nice. I love being able to just sit on my couch with my husband and not be bothered by people or anything!! I just have to say even though I complain about how my husband bugs me and stuff I really do honestly love him and I would be lost without him....he just knows how to push my buttons :). This past year has been amazing...hard....but amazing. I love you honey and I always will!!!! K well I am gonna go cause I am exhausted.

Rita...

Well our first night with Rita was not the best of one she cried a lot but after I got on the floor and slept by the kennel and she realized that I wasn't going anywhere she finally calmed down and we got some sleep. The floor really hurts, I'm still sore from it lol. Vixie had a hard time with rita coming into her home, but after rita showed that vixie was the alpha dog vixie took a liking to her and now they are friends :)...thank goodness. I need to put up some pictures of them they are so funny to watch. After taking bruce to the doctor yesterday we were told that we did what we should have and that his hand was looking good and he just needed to take some cortozone pills for three days and that he will be just fine so that is a worry off my mind. Ok so there is like the smallest hole in my heart but it is not what is causing my headaches so I am at yet another dead end :(...i have one more appointment and it is with a neurologist...i doubt he can tell me anything. Ugh I feel like people are looking at me like I'm crazy but I'm not I am sick why can't they find an answer?? I've been patient so now its my turn to be pushy or maybe I'll just never get out of bed again...i would be ok with the second one...i guess I will post more later... ...Peace Out Homies...

How would you choose?

My sister asked me a question tonight, "Have you thought of who would take the kids if something happened to you and Bruce?" I have thought about it here and there but we have never really sat down and had that kind of conversation. I mean who wants to? Who wants to make a plan like that? No one, but sometimes they are necessary and that is a scary thing. How do you even go about finding the right couple to raise your kids as if they were theirs? Do you look at family? Do you turn to friends? Whose feelings would be hurt if they weren't chosen? It gives me anxiety to even think about it. My kids are everything, as I am sure that yours are as well. But honestly how do you choose? K is so strong willed, will only do things if it is her way. B is so tender-hearted, he always wants to make things better. I only ever want the best for them.
