Chillin' on the couch

So we have been up here for a couple months now and it has been so nice!! I love my job at Salon 56 I work with such amazing people I am learning so much. Still not pregnant if anyone is wondering lol you probably weren't haha. We are all settling into our routines the dogs go to my parents when I work during the week which has been such a blessing. Bruce found a job over at Lifetime on the freeport center he has been liking the slower pace of the phone calls. I have been working for about a month and a half now at first I was really nervous cause I was so out of practice but since getting back into the swing of things I am so loving it being there everyday!!! I actually love going to work every day lol. Although I had to call in sick today :( yesterday I was so super sick I could barely swallow anything and I thought my ear was going to explode. So I go to the doctor this morning and he told me that he was surprised that my ear drum hadn't burst yet. He said my left ear was very swollen and infected and since it wasn't burst yet that it probably would soon. So I got a shot in my butt this morning because that is the fastest way to get the medication into my system. My butt really hurts though lol I have been laying around all day just trying to get enouogh rest so that I can go to work tomorrow and earn some money. Well that is about it for now I am going to go and hopefully be able to eat some real food...we'll see lol

Rita...

Well our first night with Rita was not the best of one she cried a lot but after I got on the floor and slept by the kennel and she realized that I wasn't going anywhere she finally calmed down and we got some sleep. The floor really hurts, I'm still sore from it lol. Vixie had a hard time with rita coming into her home, but after rita showed that vixie was the alpha dog vixie took a liking to her and now they are friends :)...thank goodness. I need to put up some pictures of them they are so funny to watch. After taking bruce to the doctor yesterday we were told that we did what we should have and that his hand was looking good and he just needed to take some cortozone pills for three days and that he will be just fine so that is a worry off my mind. Ok so there is like the smallest hole in my heart but it is not what is causing my headaches so I am at yet another dead end :(...i have one more appointment and it is with a neurologist...i doubt he can tell me anything. Ugh I feel like people are looking at me like I'm crazy but I'm not I am sick why can't they find an answer?? I've been patient so now its my turn to be pushy or maybe I'll just never get out of bed again...i would be ok with the second one...i guess I will post more later... ...Peace Out Homies...

How would you choose?

My sister asked me a question tonight, "Have you thought of who would take the kids if something happened to you and Bruce?" I have thought about it here and there but we have never really sat down and had that kind of conversation. I mean who wants to? Who wants to make a plan like that? No one, but sometimes they are necessary and that is a scary thing. How do you even go about finding the right couple to raise your kids as if they were theirs? Do you look at family? Do you turn to friends? Whose feelings would be hurt if they weren't chosen? It gives me anxiety to even think about it. My kids are everything, as I am sure that yours are as well. But honestly how do you choose? K is so strong willed, will only do things if it is her way. B is so tender-hearted, he always wants to make things better. I only ever want the best for them.
